DIRECT TO GARMENT (DTG)

Direct To Garment (DTG) printing is the process of printing directly onto the garment using  specialized inkjet technology. Our Poly Print Textjet Echo allows us to print high resolution, photorealistic images using water-base inks.  This process is perfect for artwork with a large amount of detail and colors.  The printing process is easy and unlike screen printing, it doesn’t require any screens or physical set-up.

  • Prints Best On: 100% Cotton or 50/50 + Blends
  • Garment Color:  Any color garment, recommended for dark prints on light garments
  • Perfect For:  Photos, detailed graphics, small quantities

SCREENPRINTING

Screenprinting is a printing process that uses a mesh screen also known as a stencil.  Ink is applied to the screen and pressed into the garment using a squeegee that is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh with ink. Each color requires a screen and when combined achieves the final look.  Making screens is a time-consuming process, therefore, this process is not used for single or low quantity runs.

  • Prints Best On: Cotton, Blends, and Performance Apparel
  • Garment Color: Any color garment
  • Perfect For: Large quantities with minimal detail

DIRECT TO FILM (DTF)

Direct To Film printing or DTF is a new technology that digitally prints designs onto a special film with an adhesive that is then heat transferred straight to the garment. This process is very diverse and can be used on any type of material.  DTF allows you to use unlimited colors and photo images that will give you a long-lasting, high quality print just like Direct To Garment Printing.

  • Prints Best On: Cotton, Blends, and Performance Apparel
  • Garment Color: Any color garment
  • Perfect For: Colorful, high quality, photo images.  Great for small quantities. This process is recommended if you are going to supply your own garment.

VINYL

Vinyl printing, often known as vinyl heat transfer, is a process that involves a machine that cuts out designs and letters.  These designs and letters are created on pieces of colored vinyl.  Then, a heat press is used to transfer each piece of vinyl onto the material.

  • Prints Best On: Cotton, Bends, and Performance Apparel, Outdoor / Waterproof Material, Reflective, Shoes
  • Garment Color: Any color garment
  • Perfect For: Small quantities, sports team uniforms, shoes and bags.

SUBLIMATION

The Sublimation Printing Process begins with printing onto a special sheet of paper.  This paper is placed onto a light- colored, 100% polyester garment then pressed with a heat press which fuses the ink into the garment.

  • Prints Best On: 100% Light Colored Polyester
  • Garment Color: Prints full, vibrant colors that never fades or washes out
  • Perfect For: Sports, outdoor garments, quick dry UVF material, pet accessories and undergarments
